BILL PHILLIPS - PROFILE

Bill Phillips, MCMI, Chartered MCIPD is a Management Consultant, an accomplished and experienced International Facilitator, Team-builder and Coach. With more than 40 years of experience in management and leadership, he has worked in Training, Development and Management Consulting since 1981 and with neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) since 1988. He established the central training function at Manchester Airport in the UK as its Training Manager in the late 1980s, and it was during that period he created Future-basing^®. He has a Master of Philosophy degree (MPhil) in Training from International Management Centres (IMC) in Buckingham, and is a Trainer of New Code Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), certified by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair & Michael Carroll. A Founder Member of the International Trainers Academy (ITA)and a Certified International NLP Coach , he consults and works fluently in Spanish.

Since its inception in the late 1980s, many thousands of people have experienced Future-basing^® and enjoyed its effects, but its spread and use has only recently been guided in an organised way.

We want to continue that because, despite being a simple process, the effectiveness of Future-basing^® depends on precise patterns that have been many years in their evolution. Therefore, we have created training that unlocks the mystery of why Future-basing^® is so much more effective than other goal-setting techniques.

Training as a Future-basing^® Coach will enable you to use and facilitate Future-basing^® with individuals, small groups or teams including:

• Creating a sense of excitement and cohesiveness in teams
• How to build close working relationships between clients and contractors
• Evaluating corporate training
• Helping to heal conflict and restore mutual respect between families or work colleagues
• Designing procedures and operating systems
• Planning and conducting meetings
• Creating inspiration with family and friends
• Inspiring children to do well

If you already practice as a Coach in any sphere, this is a powerful addition to your existing set of tools for helping your clients both identify and achieve their ideal outcomes.

If you complete the three-day training course to the required standard, you can qualify as a Future-basing^® Coach. You will be taught the skills to applyFuture-basing^® with confidence and flair. You will receive a Future-basing^® Coach Certificate signed by Bill Phillips, be allowed to use the designation “Future-basing^® Coach”, and be invited to join the Future-basing^® Network.

We also intend to develop a more comprehensive certified training for Facilitators and Consultants that work professionally and commercially with much bigger groups on more complex applications.
