Certification in Future-basing

Future-basing has come of age. Since its inception in the late 1980s, many thousands of people have experienced and enjoyed its effects, but its spread and use has not yet been guided in an organised way.

We want to put that right because, despite being a simple process, the effectiveness of Future-basing depends on precise patterns that have been many years in their evolution.

Therefore, we have created a series of courses that will unlock the mystery as to why Future-basing is so much more effective than other goal-setting techniques.

If you complete the three-day training course to the required standard, you can qualify as a Future-basing Coach . You will be taught the skills to apply Future-basing with confidence and flair. You will receive a Future-basing(TM) Coach Certificate signed by Bill Phillips, be allowed to use the designation "Future-basing Coach", and be invited to apply for membership of the Future-basing Network. 

Benefits

Training as a Future-basing Coach will enable you to use and facilitate Future-basing with individuals, small groups or teams including:

•  Personal coaching, development and career planning
•  Improving your own or others' life and lifestyle
•  How to negotiate agreements - e.g. with clients and colleagues
•  Creating a sense of excitement and cohesiveness in teams
•  How to build close working relationships between clients and contractors
•  Evaluating corporate training
•  Helping to heal conflict and restore mutual respect between families or work colleagues
•  Designing procedures and operating systems
•  Planning and conducting meetings
•  Creating inspiration with family and friends or even inspiring children to do well

There is an additional level of training to become a Future-basing Practitioner. This requires Coach Certification, completion of a project involving practicing Future-basing(TM) work with both an individual and a group plus a further two days training. This engenders a higher level of understanding about Future-basing(TM) and provides greater prospects for its commercial application.

Both levels of certification provide access to the Future-basing Network.  

The purpose of the Network is to maintain Members' knowledge, skill and enthusiasm through contact with others. The sharing of experiences and a system of feedback and dissemination of creative ideas is to improve and develop both the technology, and its potential range of applications.

The Network intends to offer feedback via a newsletter, regular involvement with others that are practicing Future-basing(TM) and a long-term intention of Continued Professional Development.
